In this role, you will work directly with clients to successfully deliver a variety of transportation projects. AP offers transportation engineering services to DOTs and other local public agencies including roadways, streets, sidewalks, pedestrian facilities, and small bridges and culverts. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of one or more projects including funding, scope, fee, and contract development, project planning, project permitting, cost estimates, pre-design work, design, specifications, and bidding document preparation, construction support, and project closeout. You will be responsible for working with senior firm management to develop project opportunities, assisting our marketing team with developing proposals, making project assignments, and overseeing internal staff and various subconsultants. You may also participate in hiring, training, and developing junior staff.
• Be Registered Professional Engineers (PE) • Ability to obtain Oregon / Washington license within 1 year of employment. • 10+ years of transportation engineering experience.
