Base Pay:

$110k – $150k, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, and 100 percent company-paid employee health, life, and disability insurance. Approximately 85 to 90 percent of family medical is also covered.

Summary

Anderson Perry & Associates, Inc. (AP) is seeking to expand our transportation engineering services in all our office locations. In this role, you will work directly with clients to successfully deliver a variety of transportation projects. AP offers transportation engineering services to DOTs and other local public agencies including roadways, streets, sidewalks, pedestrian facilities, and small bridges and culverts. Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of one or more projects including funding, scope, fee, and contract development, project planning, project permitting, cost estimates, pre-design work, design, specifications, and bidding document preparation, construction support, and project closeout. You will be responsible for working with senior firm management to develop project opportunities, assisting our marketing team with developing proposals, making project assignments, and overseeing internal staff and various subconsultants. You may also participate in hiring, training, and developing junior staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer • Possess or ability to obtain Oregon and/or Washington license within 1 year of employment. • 10+ years of transportation engineering experience. • Valid driver's license DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Public speaking skills with experience participating in meetings with clients, the public, and contractors - Experience in developing and writing planning documents, work agreements, and task orders - Project management experience including managing subconsultants - Ability to lead, train, and motivate others and contribute to a team environment - Experience in developing effective long-lasting relationships with clients, peers, and management
